Security Deposit: Security Deposits range from $500 to two months rent. The security deposit is calculated based on an algorithm from the screening results.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome. There is a $300 one time pet fee and a $25 monthly pet rent for each pet. We have breed restrictions.

Lease Terms: We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6-14 months. Shorter lease terms may come with a monthly premium.
